Use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

1. Your Use of the App

Cardera is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its functionality, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Content

All original content within Cardera (including decks, cards, and design elements), except for third-party assets identified in Section 5, is curated and provided by us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without permission. 

3. Premium Subscriptions

Premium features (e.g., unlimited decks, cards, and special visual styles) are available through a subscription. All payments and subscriptions are processed by the app store platform you use (such as Google Play or the App Store), and their terms apply. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them through your app store account settings. We do not receive or store your payment details.

4. Intellectual Property

All original app content, design, features, and assets developed by us are owned by Cardera and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party assets referenced in Section 5 remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Third-Party Assets

Cardera uses open-source resources, including Phosphor Icons (MIT License) and Google Fonts. These remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their applicable licenses. 

6. Disclaimers and Liability

The app is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or data loss that may arise from your use of the app.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

8. Termination

We may stop offering or supporting the app at any time, for any reason (such as policy requirements or other business needs). If this happens, your access to the app may end when it is removed from the app store or no longer supported on your device.
